  • Cooinda features three elegant bedrooms designed for your comfort. These rooms include luxurious features such as 100% Belgian flax Hale Mercantile Linens, provincial French furniture, the most sumptuous mattresses, and Aesop body products.

    1. Master Suite (Bedroom 1): Located upstairs, a serene, luxurious sanctuary featuring a king bed, smart TV, dedicated workspace, and a collection of fine art and antique pieces for a touch of timeless elegance awaits.

    2. Bedroom 2: Located upstairs, this room offers a versatile king split bed (convertible to two king singles) and striking Indigenous artwork, adding cultural depth to the space.

    3. Bedroom 3: Situated on the lower level, it mirrors Bedroom 2’s flexible bedding configuration, making it ideal for additional guests.

    The master and second bedrooms share a luxurious upstairs bathroom, while Bedroom 3 benefits from access to a second bathroom and laundry downstairs, ensuring a seamless balance of privacy and comfort for all guests.

Whale watching from the north-facing living areas is a popular pastime. A wood-fuelled fire provides warmth and ambience for cosy evenings.

  • Blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living, the expansive deck offers the perfect space to enjoy alfresco dining, or sit and daydream with unparalleled ocean views. The outdoor kitchen, complete with a flat plate grill, so you can prepare meals socially without missing a moment of the Tasmanian sea breeze. Sit around the outdoor fire pit on summer nights sharing stories and fond memories.

    Enjoy our thoughtfully provided beach toys and surfboards on beach days. We have an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water to wash off the sand and salt water from your East Coast adventures.
